All Items are Heat Sealed immediately after baking and ship within 24 hours of baking. 2 Pounds average 16 to 24 Cookies (they are made fresh, by hand, and will be different sizes...these are not factory made cookies). All Orders are made fresh and fulfilled within 48 to 72 hours (2-3 business days). You can tell us your preferred ship date in notes during checkout (as well as adding a free gift note)
